F.B. Rogers Silver Co., vintage silver-plated butter dish without glass insert. This item is from the 1950s or 1960s. Signed. Made in USA. The product has the inscription "third place" and some monograms engraved on it. The original owner of the product was Patricia Ridgely Storm (wife of Hollywood actor, writer, director and producer Howard Storm), who was an avid equestrian and successfully participated in numerous horse races.
‼️The Story behind the item: This silver-plated butter dish is from the estate sale of Hollywood actor, writer, director, and producer Howard Storm. His wife, Patricia Ridgely Storm, was a former beauty and fashion editor for Brides and Town & Country magazines. Patricia had a lifelong love of horses. She was an accomplished rider, especially dedicated to riding and jumping, and had won numerous awards for her riding skills.(like this beautiful butter dish, for example:) They lived in an upscale section of Beverly Hills.‼️
