Refund policy

We have a "no return" policy.

All sales are final. Zsa Zsa Dahling's Vintage Store doesn't accept returns after the item is shipped to the buyer. No returns are accepted, and no refund is possible. All sales are final sales.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can guarantee that all packages are secured and checked before we send the items to you. If any of our products are damaged during the shipping process, we can help you build a claim against the shipping provider with proof of packing.
