Beautiful Italian style (probably) silver plated metal heart shaped vintage coin/ change dish, candy (bon-bon) dish, key or jewelry/ ring holder. Decorated with a rose and floral pattern. It’s in very good vintage condition. There is slight wear due to its age. Made in Japan.
